Conjoined twins are a rare clinical entity. Various congenital defects like anencephaly, gastrointestinal anomaly, urogenital anomaly, cleft lip, cleft palate and lumbosacral meningomyelocele may be associated with conjoined twins. Here, we report a case of thoracoomphalopagus associated with omphalocele and club foot.
